Blueprint recently sent an email regarding the upcoming domain authentication requirements introduced by Google and Yahoo.
This email is to provide clarification and further describe the necessary steps that need to be taken on your part.
Blueprint Solutions is not able to make these changes for you, as they don't have access to your domain
settings.
If you have not had time to make the necessary changes - do not worry! In most cases, your messages will still be delivered (more
details are here). This
change goes into effect on February 14, 2024.
What is changing?
Google and Yahoo announced that you, as an email sender, must meet new authentication requirements for messages to be delivered to their
users. To ensure continued reliable email delivery from your Blueprint OMS system, you'll need to make two small changes to the settings for
your sending domain.
What steps need to be taken?
Here is
a link that describes how to make the two changes. These steps should be very easy to follow (about 5 minutes) for the person who manages
your email domain. In case you need help, please contact the company that holds your domain registration for support.
If you do not have a technical support person or know how to make these changes yourself, CyberTech360 is available to help.
